Shipping policy

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, safely and in top notch condition.

Processing times:

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 days of receiving payment (Monday - Thursday). Orders received across Friday - Sunday will be sent on Monday. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local delivery rates:

Free for orders over $150.00
Hawke’s Bay - $6.50
Hawke’s Bay Rural - $11.50

North Island rates:

Free for orders over $150.00
North Island - $10.00
North Island Rural - $15.00

South Island rates:

Free for orders over $150.00
South Island - $12.50
South Island Rural - $17.5

Packaging:

We take care to pack your beer, glassware and merchandise securely, using protective materials to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery times:

Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Rural deliveries and South Island deliveries may take a little longer.

Delivery restrictions:

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We can’t deliver to P.O. Boxes, and all deliveries must be signed for by someone 18 years or older.

Damaged or missing parcels:

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up, please contact us at info@bravebrewing.co.nz within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description (with photos if possible), and we’ll help sort it out.

Click & Collect (optional):

If you’d prefer to pick up your order from our taproom, choose the Click & Collect option at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready for pickup.
