Refund policy
We take great care to ensure your beer and merch arrive safely and in top notch condition. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives broken, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@bravebrewing.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo/or information, and we’ll sort it out - either by replacement or refund.
Change of mind: As we ship perishable goods, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Thanks for understanding.
Merch & glassware: If you receive faulty merchandise or glassware, please get in touch within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Shipping issues: Once orders leave our brewery, delivery times are out of our hands - but we’ll always do our best to help track down any lost parcels.
